Trainyvolaris Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing trainyvolaris.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

2. Services

Trainyvolaris offers director training & coaching sessions designed to enhance leadership skills and executive presence.

3. Information Products

Our information products include digital courses, manuals, and other downloadable materials available at trainyvolaris.com.

4. Goods

Physical goods such as branded materials and printed guides ordered from trainyvolaris.com will be shipped to your address.

5. Fees

All fees for services, information products, and goods are listed at the time of purchase. Fees are due in full prior to delivery of any offering.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled coaching session at least 7 days in advance, you may choose a one-time rescheduling or receive a refund of fees paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Cancellations made less than 7 days before a session are non-refundable.

6.2 Information Products

You may request a full refund for digital products within 14 days from the date of access. After this period, all sales are final. To request a refund, contact us via Contact Form within 14 days.

6.3 Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item (excluding shipping) or send a replacement at no extra charge. All claims must be made via Contact Form.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium coaching intensives are non-refundable due to reserved capacity and personalized preparation. These offerings are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

8. Rescheduling

A single reschedule is allowed for refundable services if requested at least 3 business days before the session. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via Contact Form.

9. Changes to Terms

Trainyvolaris may update these terms throughout 2025. We will notify you by email and post the revised terms on trainyvolaris.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
